If it has been 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or cancellation.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">WHEN CAN YOU CANCEL YOUR SERVICE?<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">If you have a major problem with any service offered by MEDIA ARTFUL or a minor problem that could not be fixed in a reasonable time, you have the right to cancel a service contract, when it is:<\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\">with an unacceptable level of care and skill.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\">is not adequate for the purpose you requested.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\">is not delivered within a reasonable time when there is no agreed-upon end date.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">SERVICES YOU CANNOT CANCEL:<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">You must pay for the services you have received under a service contract that worked as expected. You cannot cancel a service contract or get a refund if the problem was beyond MEDIA ARTFUL\u2019s control, or if you changed your mind.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Insisted that a service be provided in a particular way, against the advice of MEDIA ARTFUL and\/or did not clearly explain their needs for MEDIA ARTFUL<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">CANCEL YOUR SERVICE<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">If you have a problem with a service, please follow these steps:<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Show proof of purchase with a receipt or bank statement.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Contact MEDIA ARTFUL and explain the problem.
